Yep! I run 2m packet on 144.9, 147.575 and 145.175 and all 3 are affected 
by 100Mbit switching gear. I found that I had to put what I could on a 
10Mbit hub and  swap out my plastic-cased cheapie switch with a 
well-grounded metal cased switch (like the Netgear FS-108). Along with 
ferrites on *everything* it greatly reduced, but didn't eliminate the
noise.
