[OZAPRS] Cleanup of ports on VKAPRS-IS

Read the Help files VERY carefully.

They do tell you exactly what to do.

It took me a while to figure it out too until I read the Help file very 
carefully and precisely.

I was missing the bit about starting with the word "filter" in the line 
"extra log-on text"

I currently use "filter r/-38/176/2000 p/zl"
