[OZAPRS] APRS info for travellers.

Hi Rod,
            Thanks for your favorable comments re the APRS stuff.
Also, the fix needed re the xx.htm .. shall fix it when I have a chance.
Currently up in Townsville, so not as well organized as when at home.
