[OZAPRS] FT-107M and HF APRS

Hi Norm and others,
I'm about to put my station on 7.036lsb. The stable FT-107 should run 
there ok, and there are a couple of 40m mobiles about, so come and join
us.

VK3WRM-4 will be back on HF running on Xastir hopefully today.
