[OZAPRS] Possibly VK3MY-4 but only really guessing

Hi

I am not 100% sure as the station is not exchanging it's callsign for GATE
or adding it's callsign on the way through but after monitoring and
actually listening I now believe that it is possibly VK3MY-4 that may have
changed it's setup recently and is now digipeating on HF. As I mentioned
above I am not 100% sure without a callsign attached it is not really
possible to know who.

As you can see from the following when I have been testing my signal comes
back to me, on HF, a few seconds after I have sent it out on HF.
