[OZAPRS] 30mx frequency

Here is the list extended to include the DSP-12.

This table should make it clear that you will MOT be on the correct RF
frequency if you tune your radio to a specific USB/LSB frequency e.g.
10147.6 USB (unless you are using exactly the same TNC tones as the other
person).

You (or at least the "Reference" station) MUST know which audio
frequencies the TNC uses before picking the RF frequency.
