[OZAPRS] DNS/Igate Outages

Howdy Folks,

Just an FYI...  Telstra had a fibre cut this morning just north of Picton,
which knocked Canberra off the map at about 10:30am..  Our upstream has
very
nicely forced big T to re-route our ATM pipes via Melbourne into Sydney,
so
we're finally back online, but due to the long trip, we're rather lagged,
and the congestion is causing lots of packet loss, so DNS lookups on
aprs.net.au are likely to be a little slow at times..
