[OZAPRS] AntiTracker now Open Source

I have decided to open source my AntiTracker hardware and software - that
allows a GPS to be used in the field to monitor positions without a PC or
D7
handheld.

There are restrictions on the use of the software - the source code is
open,
but I maintain the copyright on the code, and commercial exploitation of
it
is prohibited. As is specifically building these units and selling them on
eBay.
