[OZAPRS] VKAPRS-IS Address changes

Folks,

I have had to move the second.aprs.net.au server to a new IP address due
to a 
network restructure where it is located.  The DNS entries should be
updated 
soon, however until the change propogates through the internet the box
could 
be unreachable for a while from this afternoon.

aprs.net.au currently has a DEBUG version of the Igate software loaded, to

try and find the cause of the lockups on that box.

Given the timing of this IP change, it is possible that the VKAPRS-IS is 
totally unavailable for short periods if aprs.net.au falls over before the

DNS records for second are updated.

Please bear with us here - it will all be back in action in a few days.

As a TEMPORARY measure, (don't set the IP as a permanant connection) the
new 
IP Address of second.aprs.net.au  will be  210.193.156.78

Apologies for any inconvenience this change causes.
