[OZAPRS] Cheapest solution for DIGI ?

As far as I know neither the PK88 or the TNC320 are not TNC2
clones/compatibles.. I know of no firmware solution to give you a fully
APRS compliant digi for these 2 TNCs with callsign replacment.. For
Ui-Digi you need a TNC2 or clone..
 
MFJ1270s are still around the place reasonably cheap..

Easy
 
Digi_Ned is free.. You need to be able to pay for power to run a PC/laptop
as well as radio and TNC.. 
 
A UI-Digi Eprom is cheap as it just needs a TNC2 or clone and radio..
