[OZAPRS] HF TNC's ?

I am looking at buying a 2nd-hand TNC for use on HF APRS.

Which are suitable and which still have software and service information
available for them ?

I want something very portable so I just want to use an iPAQ Pocket PC
rather than a laptop. (and APRS-CE won't run on it !)
