[VK2-APRS] VK2 network update

A bit of an update on the RF situation in VK2....

VK2RSW-1 (Western Sydney) is currently not recieving much at all. It's
beacon 
is still being seen, but it is digipeating no traffic.  The guys who
maintain 
this site will be checking it soon - we suspect a simple volume/mute 
adjustment may be all that is required there.

New WIDEs look promising for the Hume Hwy,  with one at High Range
(VK2RHR-1) 
and a second WIDE in Gouburn (Possibly VK2RGN-1) in the pipeline.
Goulburn 
will probably feed into the VK1 network, whilst High Range will be able to

access VK2AMW-1/VK2JPJ-1 and into the Sydney network.
