[OZAPRS] NetAPRS and UI-View

The compressed packets that UI-View use are standard APRS compressed
packets in the APRS Spec 101 chapter 9, page 36.

This type of compression can increase the accuracy contained in APRS
transmissions.

netAPRS does a bit more than send waypoints to OziExplorer
 It also does
tracks, has playback, etc etc etc




Can anyone send me some examples of UI-View compressed packets, along with
a specification for them. If I can get some examples I will update the
program today.
