Terry,

I suspect your hearing the Jindalee Over the Horizon Radar installation on
10.150Mhz.
As with the Russian Woodpeckers over 2 decades ago, if you send a series
of
telegraphic HI on their frequency, they seem to move off to make HF
listening miserable somewhere else on the band.
Looks like Morse isn't dead just yet. HI HI.
