[OZAPRS] Ui-View Registration Information

Hi All,

 

A reminder that when you submit a request for a UI-View registration,
please include your address as the registration request may not be
processed without it.

 

You are encouraged to make a donation ($AU20) to a Cancer Foundation
BEFORE you request your UI-View registration and include your receipt
number in your request for registration. This is so we can feed the good
news back to Roger.
