[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS Network Information Bulletin

Hi All,

Unfortunately problems are currently being experienced in the VK3 APRS RF
network.

 - VK3RBU-1 is currently not operational, VK3KAY has set up a temporary
Digi in Ballarat until the problem with VK3RBU-1 is resolved.
 - the hum behind VK3CV-1 transmissions is slowly becoming worse. This has
the effect of reducing the digi’s Tx coverage range substantially.

It may be several weeks before these problems can be fixed.
