[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS Guide

Speaking of VK3 APRS..

While at mum's place (Kyneton, two blocks from YWY's RELAY), I wasn't
getting any traffic except VK3YWY and VK3CV - but my packets were making
it
to the iGate, as I was seeing my packets on my notebook connected via my
mobile..  Is 3CV not relaying IGATE traffic back out to RF anymore? or has
traffic in Melbourne got to the point that you can't send posit's out to
RF
from the rest of VK*?

Just curious..
