[OZAPRS] President of TAPR visiting VK1 18th, 19th January

I had a phone call last night from John Ackerman N8UR, the president of
TAPR (www.tapr.org) confirming that he will be visiting canberra on the
18th & 19th January. 

The itinery is basically free at the moment, but will include the Trash
and Treasure in Farrer on Sudnay the 19th. There is nothing formal
planned for this event, but it would be a good chance to talk to John
about the future of digital communications, and where amateur radio fits
in.
