FM900 is far better as a receiver than an FM828 / FM814.  I have replaced 
the Fm814s and 828s on a few 2m voice repeaters with FM900s and the result

was about 3 dB more sensitivity and no pager issues.   The trick is to
peak 
tune the FM92 on the desired channel rather than band spread tuning the 
front end.
