[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS Network Update

Hi All
 
As an early Christmas present for APRS operators I have been able to get
the Mt Dandenong Digipeater running again!
It is running under the new call sign of VK3RMD-1.
 
You may have noticed that a few of the other digis around the state have
changed call signs;
 
VK3JFK-1 is now VK3RBH-1
VK3BYD-1 is now VK3RGR-1
VK3KAW-1 will become VK3RAW-1 when time is available to access the site.
 
All 4 digipeaters will still digipeat their old call sign for 3 months to
allow operators time to change their system paths.
