[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS News Update.

Hi All,

I have fixed the problems with VK3CV-1. The digi’s transmissions are now
much cleaner and are being decoded as expected.
The problem was a noisy power supply.

VK3RBU-1 is reported as having problems with the TNC again (Thanks Doug).
I’ll investigate when time permits. The Digi is still has Rx de-sense
problem which is being worked on with slow progress.
