[OZAPRS] aprsd not decoding?

Hi all

Dave VK3UR has just arrived in town..however the RF log shows I'm 
receiving this.

Spoke with dave briefly, He seems to think it's all working ok his end.
It's a Kenwood.

My UI-View can't make sense of this..can anyone enlighten me please?
