[OZAPRS] Too many users on Second.aprs.net.au

We cant get a logon to second.aprs.net.au tonight .. I got a message of 25
user limit exceeded .. This is a bit of an issue with aprs.net.au being
down
I would imagine ..

We are having a play with APRSD 2.2.3 here in Adelaide and getting
somewhere
..
