[OZAPRS] aprs.net.au APRS server - Update

The APRS Server aprs.net.au and associated web sites will be down for some
time. The server has a hard disk problem.

Please use second.aprs.net.au for VK & ZL feeds. It is configured for port
10153 VK* & ZL* feed.
