will be broadcast by all TX igates that are configured to TX
messages that recently heard the intended recipient station,
making a RX-only igate better than nothing if no existing local

The only thing I would advise is that if there's sufficient
coverage in the area that you are in then you may find that you
won't appear to be passing traffic into the APRSIS and there's a
small chance that you could receive messages and because you
will be RX only the intended recipient will not get the message.
However with all that said, who would I be to not encourage
experimentation!<br>
