Peter,<div><br></div><div>Thank you for hosting the digi for the last 10+ years - it has been fundamental to the APRS network in Sydney - in fact a large chunk of NSW!  For those that are unaware, the coverage of this digi is/was phenomenal  with direct paths out to Orange, Canberra and along the coast to Newcastle and beyond Wollongong.</div>
<div><br></div><div>As one of the installers of this digi I'm still blown away by how well a humble FM828A mobile rig with no external filters handled the intense RF environment of the CBD, being a stone's throw from GPT and Centerpoint - the two largest comms sites bristling with pagers.</div>
<div>The original installation was an FM92, however the high noise floor rendered the digi useless, it couldn't hear anything beyond about 5km from the site - swapped with the 828 and never looked back.</div><div><br>
