Smart Beaconing functioning and after most beacons were successful via a local
digi, but upon viewing aprs.fi to discover that periods of beaconing during
different times of the day didn't seem to make it, would it be safe to assume
that although I'm successfully making it to the local digi, that the local digi
isn't often successful to one of the IS devices such as 3CV ??</FONT></DIV>
