Yes it should, maybe use command.com over cmd, but I'm not a
windows user, so I'm using it in DosBox within Debian.

It runs on XP for me. I have an icon on the desktop which points
straight to the .exe file. No mouse of course, but some of us
managed without one for years anyway <span class="moz-smiley-s5"><span>

It may not run full screen - depending on your video setup. <br>
