I had a 220.233 address until Exetel decided they wanted them back for
something else, hence the 115.70.<br>

I've emailed F6BVP so maybe Bernard can rattle some chains from his end.<br>

I'm on 115.70..... and the page tells me the next available IP is
220.233......<br>
According to this page, the first 30 changes are free then they start

address range(s) from their network.<br>

I can only suggest you use a proxy, which may work to reach the
website. If it doesn't I can not advise on what else you can do, other
then to cancel your Exetel service, and sign up with an alternate ISP,
hoping they don't also block the other ISP's IP address ranges too.<br>
