[OZAPRS] Domain rules for dstar.org.au

It's going to be a problem for the club that I'm in too, with both 
sars.org.au and southsidears.org.au

I haven't looked yet, but I reckon at least one of them won't be available.

Should have made a 'grandfather clause', where those with them could 
keep them until the clubs died.
