[OZAPRS] Messaging

So of us use mesg sending. It can come in handy from HF when no access to any other form of communications available.

Just what is use it for. VK2DU-12 if you want a response :) to see it working. Be from my phone as I don’t yet have a iGate in range for my radio to reply via RF.
