[OZAPRS] VK5 homepage (Norm McMillan)

More than a car tracker. Thank goodness.  I really like the VK specific
page because we and have things that are special. Such as a 40m Aprs set up
- limited but it’s there and works.

Also might be a chance to showcase some of the non tracking uses - WICEN
repeater battery voltage telemetry, sending short emails via APRS messages
etc etc.
