[OZAPRS] 40M HF APRS

Well I'm still on dial frequency 7.049110 (2110/2310Hz) and those who are using 1600/1800Hz on 7.048600 with beacons going out about every 10 minutes.

A VK4 often hears my infrequent 40m transmissions, shared with VK7HSE-4.
