Are there any 20m igates operating in the eastern states and if so, is the frequency 14105.0 USB for Group C FSK?

G'day everyone,
I am looking at setting up a mobilinked tnc to a barrett 2050. Do you have any info on connecting this up? Any other ideas? Already have the Barrett radio in my car so thinking this would be the easiest option.
