[OZAPRS] APRS iGate message

What T2 service are you connected to when you see this? It's recommended
that you use aunz.aprs2.net as the server, this way you get routed to the
Australian/New Zealand servers. Now if you are having trouble with only one
specific T2 server then that might also pinpoint where the packets are
getting rejected
