[OZAPRS] Decoding AO-73 Funcube BPSK 1200

Can you please stop cross-posting between multiple mailing lists?
It splits any conversation in two, and makes it more confusing to follow.
Stick to one list or the other.

In this case, since AO-73 doesn't do APRS (or even AX.25), it's probably a
bit over the 'off-topic' line for the 'Australian APRS' e-mail list anyway.
