[OZAPRS] Fill In Digi needed

Too long; didn't read (tl'dr) version: Send a message (containing anything,
even blank) to 'ISS', and if you've beaconed a position recently, a message
will be sent back to you via APRS-IS giving you the next pass info. Similar
for some other satellites.

WARNING: These services will respond to ACKs from your radio. So Kenwood
users had better disable auto-acking else you end up in a loop of message /
response :-)
