[OZAPRS] Status of the HF network ?

Hi,

A couple of questions:

- What is the current status of the HF APRS network ? is people using
FSK or that is something of the past and everybody moved to PSK63 or
the likes of ?

- Which software do you recommend for HF APRS operation using a tablet
(windows/android)
