[OZAPRS] too many Igates ?

Too many igates is much better than not enough :)

aprs.fi isn't APRS-IS, it is just one web based client application that
takes a data feed. findu.com is another.

APRS-IS consists of a group of core servers, then a number of tier-2
servers that connect to the core group. The tier-2 servers are available
for clients to connect to.
Many T2 servers publish their stats on port 14501, i.e. T2SYD is visible
at http://103.235.52.53:14501/
You can see the packets and duplicate counts for each connected client
there.
