[OZAPRS] PS-71 Aprs PICO balloon MEL-ADL

I am looking at putting community services in my shack for tracking, digital Radio, APRS, etc

My tower is 35M high and I am located near Maclean NSW.

Any suggestions about what frequencies and protocols and reporting system that could assist your groups endeavours would be appreciated.
