[OZAPRS] Fw: 40M APRS frequencies

Hi Graeme,

The two centre frequencies are 1430 Hz apart so the APRS activity is not
disturbed by all the connected mode activity from the PMSs, KA-nodes,
BPQ-nodes and the BBS.
