[OZAPRS] Fw: 40M APRS frequencies

Current frequency for 40m is 7.048600 LSB (1600/1800Hz) as far as I'm aware
there's only VK2IO & myself (VK7HSE) but it's possible there's more but
that's all that I'm aware of...
