[OZAPRS] SGATE, IGATE aliases (alii?)

Are these still needed in UI path or are they obsolete? Seems UI-view at
least simply gates incoming rf packets regardless. (TNC-2 in KISS Mode) I
do remember long ago (rember connected packet?) having to set the alias
GATE as it was then.

Just wondering, could save a few ones-and-nothings in the path.
