[OZAPRS] HF net stations

Up to you, Scott. The band plan is a recommendation - its not legally 
binding.
My Igate is currently on 7048.6 LSB and has also been on 7045. I wont be 
returning to 7036.
Once we decide on a final frequency I'll move there.
