[OZAPRS] PS-61 APRS/Olivia PICO balloon MEL-SYD-BNE

I've been running the Eastern Vic igate for about 15years, (VK3VHF-1) and
many times I consider shutting down the service, but it's great seeing the
igate being used for experimentation.   A good reason to keep the radio/TNC
and NB running in the cupboard!
