Never mind, I've worked it out :-)
For anyone else who's interested the setting for APRSIS are

Server = www.ga.gov.au
URL
= /gisimg/rest/services/topography/NATMAP_Digital_Maps_250K_2008Edition_WM/MapServer/tile/%z/%y/%x.PNG
Port 80
