[OZAPRS] Whats going on with VK7EX-9.

Couple of things come to mind;

   - Might be worth double checking that the license hasn't been
   re-allocated, apparently some call signs in other states have been put back
   into the "available" pool that shouldn't have been.
   - You've got a pirate
   - Hasn't sold an APRS radio/tracker recently with APRS enabled?

The plot thickens.
