[OZAPRS] out of date info on aprs.net.au

I have just been resetting my Xastir run igate because "something went
funny" and found that I was using an old config file from somewhere.

I needed to check the correct addressing for the Tier 2 servers and
found lots of out of date info instead of the updated address.

Could someone go through and fix these?

probably needs a new graphic too

finally gives the correct address but its not very obvious on the page
compared to the blue links which are the old addresses.
