I am guessing that you mean the /files/aprx/*.expect files. I have fixed
the permissions.

Note that they are sort of dummies in the scheme of things as TNC-X is a
half baked idea, they do not honor any KISS commands, they just ignore
them. The channel access parameters are as deigned by the code author.
