[OZAPRS] APC10 tracker

Owen,

Seems like 1 watt APRS from an aircraft at 10,000 feet ASL gives good
coverage but at ground level in a car it just doesn't make the grade.

Time for a sledge hammer approach and 50 watts in the car :)
